I have purchased a Tanishq item from Myntra and received in on 19th July, on same day I have placed Return request for the same. It was supposed to be picked up by 26th July but they dint. Now I raised complaint on this which was supposed to be solved by today after and still they have not done anything. I am following up with them and they are doing nothing.
