MISBEHAVIOUR BY BANK STAFF/DSA/REC. AGENT

I have a TWO WHEELER LOAN Vide Account No - 27842956 and UCIC - 89437040 loan from HDFC Bank and due to some of my family's medical problem I was unable to repay my EMI dated 05/09/2016 and accordingly some collection agents of HDFC Bank threatened me in dire consequences that they will take forceful action against my family if I didn't repay them in cash and kindly please note that the number is - 7399752158 and in true caller it has showed as Tridip Sarma Uttrn. They even threaten my wife also and already such type of activities has been bared by Honorable Supreme Court of India against such type of recovery agents.
I do here by request you to kindly look into the matter and let us have a good sleep with my family. It is just a matter of Rs. 1708/-
