Making fool by giving wrong info & charge extra for non needed works in service of scooty

I go to service centre for servicing my scooty which is 2nd free service & the technical executive said engine flushing is to be done otherwise efficiency of vehicle goes bad & it would be on chargeble basis. i said ok if it is required then do. "But after this i study for engine flushing & according to info it is described that engine flushing is required when engine is not get serviced on regular time intervals or after approx 50,000 kms while my scooty kms on odometer are just approx 3800+ kms & engine is serviced on time. they have charged 370 rs for engine flushing & addition of addictive oil for proof bill is attached.
