I have place an order of 2 Zandu Pancharist-200 ml product in order no.171-0688099-6576313 but I have received only 1 quantity of Zandu Pancharist.

I have raised complaint to customer care of Amazon India on 06.06.2019. On 27.06.2019 they are ready to give refund of the missing item. Now they are refusing to give refund of missing item. So I request you please look into this matter and give instruction to Amazon India to refund my amount.
