I ordered mi tv 32 inch on 16th June 2019, it got delivered on 19th June. It was a faulty product. The installation guy himself remarked the product as faulty, then the expected pickup date was 29th June. But on 29th June the seller cancelled replacement request. When I called customer care they said it was by mistake and again raised replacement. Then it was the whole process again. The technician visited again this second time the expected return date was given as 10th of July, and on 10th July, they changed the date to 20th of July, they are just giving me dates. Not giving me product. Please help, I am calling them again and again and they are saying that this can't be any early.
