Purchased a pair of glass from Lenskart . The frame was Carrera Gunmetal A25 with Kotak Super thin Progressive lens Power ( -6.0 approx)order reference number 1204677498 . The order was delivered to me April 2016 . Within one year the frame gave away. I took the frame to Vashi ( Navi Mumbai ) Shop of Lenskart on 11th Feb 2017 and was told that it will take seven days to get back the glasses . I kept checking with the store in Vashi and they did not have any definite answer , on 27th Feb visited store personally to expedite , again no definite answer promised me to get back as there was no response from Vashi ( Mr Manish ) I called the service centre ( No 09999899998) . Talk to Mr Islam told me that the spec will be attended to on 1st march and will be shipped . To my utter surprise Islam called up on 2nd March and told me that the rectification will take 5 to 7 days more.
Still constantly been following up, no commitment no date when I will get my spec even today ( 13th March ) , may take another 45 days as per Lenskart telephonc response. I am a senior Citizen and with power 0f -6.0 life is very difficult with out correct glasses. This is type of after Sales service provided by Lens Cart after selling substandard product (??).
