i have purchased mobile from ebay.in on 17/01/2017 and received on 20/01/2017 but in damaged inside.Isuddunly called them and told about issue , they sent me link to raise claim.he did not told me to upload product images first time.and i wrote there as simply that product is not working and not switching on (because battery site is damaged.
after 3 days they rejected claim.
again i called them and told about product, then he suggest me to upload images.as he said i uploaded images on same date.
after long period,again my claim is rejected.
