Amazon Delay in Delivery and no proper response from Customer Care Service

Dear Sir,
It's long discussion is going on with Amazon for the delivering the online order product on time and although they have not provided the product on time and status updated as delivered to customer, and after I requested them to check they have asked me to wait till 48 hours.
Amazon already crossed there promised delivery date and still they are asking me more 48 hours. This is the same thing happening twice with me and unnecessarily I am suffering due to Amazon's technical fault.
I have already paid to Amazon 12598 rs for mobile Honor 6x and still Amazon don't bother anything about customer service and customer satisfaction. Amazon is also not replying properly on this matter.
I have also approched to twitter to solve this problem, but still there is same problem with this medium also. I have requested Amazon with each and every way they provide and each and every way I can still my proble is not getting solved.
I have posted a blog also and I have few of chats also with Amazon as a proof and I am trying to fight with Amazon in each and every possible way I can.
