I had placed order with Amazon they din deliver my product after charging me

Online Order Complaint Complaint Date: October 24, 2018
It has been a week time since I was supposed to receive me Phone Y2 on 16th October as promised but after calling your customer care for 4time 1st on 16th that day I spoke to Ms. Sonam she promised me that my phone will be delivered within 24 hours but was not delivered, again I called on 17th had words with Ms. Khusboo and she promised my phone will be delivered by 6:45 pm that day but was not delivered. Then again I called customer care the same day i.e 17th October phone was answered by Mr. Amir and I even spoke to his superior Mr. Ashok who promised that he will update me regarding the same by 6:00 pm that day but neither my phone was delivered that day nor he called me to update regarding the status. On 18th I called customer care again on Phone was answered by Mr.Vahid and had words with his superior Mr. Rahul who apologized and promised that phone will be delivered 22nnd October but as the expected phone was not delivered and delivery was rescheduled. Today i.e 23rd October I again called customer care phone was answered by Mr. Pradip and later I had word with Ms. Sanjana who promised that my phone will be delivered within 24 hours but till now I have not received any update on same. And now today on 24th October they are telling me that they will initiate a refund.
Complaint Against / To: Product not delivered after payment also.
