On April 8, 2023, I had placed an order on the woodland website on Saturday (April 8, 2023) by logging in using my phone number (9868637901). I ordered these sandals of size 43 https://www.woodlandworldwide.com/products/FGC0CN030211A\?color\=0  

I made a payment of Rs 2997 using my credit card 4639 **** **** 9409.  However, six days since I placed the order, I have neither received any acknowledgement of my order, nor does the order show up on the website. The customer care number given on the website does not work. On repeatedly sending emails given on the website, I have only received vague emails saying that they are looking into the technical problems. There has been no confirmation that the order has been received.

I believe the company is willfully engaged in a fraud by hosting a website which receives orders, but the company does not deliver those orders at all. The company has also provided customer care numbers that do not work.
