Sir,

I had ordered on 31st August @ 4.24 PM on Grofers for Groceries and other items to be delivered at my residence. There website kept rescheduling the order till date and finaly today they cancelled order. When i called customer care to enquire about why order was cancelled. Representative replied it was cancelled due to technical glitz and they initiated refund. First they made me wait for almost a month for my order and second they cancelled order on their own without my consent. They wanted me to reorder with updated prices and not at the same price at which i booked my items online. They might be running scam like this most of customer and getting huge amount in their bank deposit and later cancelling order. I would request strict action against online hoarders and my frustration and mental agony cannot be repaid just by refunding amount. There was no itimation in form call and secondly they would reschedule items as per their wish and will as per their time. Its frustrating experience and i want justice on this
