Eveytime the recharge gets failed - recharging TATA sky DTH with ₹500 on FreeCharge service.

I have was recharging TATA sky DTH ( Subscriber ID 1237737612 ) with ₹500 on FreeCharge service.

Everytime the recharge gets failed Sir and amount returns back to FreeCharge Wallet..
This happened about 4 times...
I asked them to return the money back to my bank account, there is no reply yet regarding this question...The replies they give through mails are also irrelevant...
FreeCharge is one of the worst service I faced Sir

Few months back also I have faced the same such problems... As a result I have stopped using FreeCharge...again I have started using still facing the same old problems

Please look into this matter
