I have ordered Lenovo K 8 Plus of Venom Black Colour from Flipkart but I received in Fine Gold Colour so I raised request for replacement of my product. On 5th Oct. 2017 I got a call of delivery boy Mayur from this no. 8855953903 by saying I am coming to pick your mobile for replacement and he picked up and gave an acknowledgement of EKart which I'm attaching down. And delivery boy said after 2 days i will get my correct product. On 9th Oct. 2017 I got a call from delivery boy who was a Ekart delivery boy he asked me to submit mobile and den I'll get my mobile replaced. I told him I'd already submited the mobile and I've acknowledgement also, I showed him the acknowledgement after reviewing the acknowledgement he said its fake acknowledgement and they havent received the mobile which picked up by Mayur on 5th Oct. 2017. I'd spoked up with Flipkarts customer care also but I am not getting any resolution. Customer care executive said i will get my refund but after few days when I got a call from customer care they said my refund request has been cancelled and they will call me on 31st Oct. and let me know about refund or replacement but I didn't get any call. I am requesting you please go through my problem and help me with getting my refund or my product.
