Online complain to Amazon for Fraud FAKE LAPTOP RECEIVED

I want few clarifications.
This email is wth accordance to the chat I had with amazon on 12th of december.
1st.
The laptop which I purchased from amazon has TWO conflicting SIN nummbers,which act as an identification of the product..
The SN as per the sticker underneath the laptop is:UN768SI001716009DC4P00
AS per system inside the laptop is: UN768SI002H2095175
I suspect that this product which I got is fake,as ONE product cannot have TWO system numbers or give me explanation on this.
2nd.
The laptop has TWO DIFFERENT MODEL NUMBERS
The system shows L1410 whereas sticker underneath laptop shows Z1402
This clearly shows I have got an inferior/refurbished/fake product from the seller.
I want a thorough legal explaination of this.Otherwise I may have to approach to the consumer forum about this,as this is a serious breach of trust.
