Engine issue with my CBR 250r

I am karan Vadhel from Mumbai, owning Honda CBR 250r (2015 Model), its one year since I owning CBR 250r and engine started giving Nosie issue from right side.

Under my 3ed service I visited Honda service centre to resolve noise issue. I visited ‘VENETIAN HONDA KANDIVALI WORK SHOP (MUMBAI)’ (Dated 3ed November 2016). the service guy Mr. Dewa, has taken a test ride of my CBR 250r and told that there is an issue with fuel injection system in the bike and it need to clean to solve the noise issue in the bike. Total service charge for the same is INR. 2530 (Fuel injector cleaning 950 + 1580 oil change and oil filter). I paid the charges during delivery and taken my bike on 5th November 2016.

After 2 days of driving noise from right side of the engine started I driven 100 Km in 2 days after my 3ed service. On 8th November 2016 I again visited ‘VENETIAN HONDA KANDIVALI WORK SHOP (MUMBAI)’. This time I directly had word with Mr. Vijay (floor Manager) and I explained him the engine noise is still there and issue is not solve after my 3ed service.

Mr. Vijay promise me that they will again check the bike and solve noise issue with the bike. After 2 days on 11th November, Ms. Mumta (Customer relationship Manager) call me to take delivery of my bike. She told me that necessary adjustment has done in My CBR 250r and issue with the bike is solved now. (This time Mr. Yogesh Has done the repairing work).

Only one day after taking delivery of my bike from Ms. Mumta, again noise from right side of the engine started and this time it’s too loud. I visited next day again to Honda service centre (dated 12th November 2016) and told Mr. Vijay and Ms. Mumta that issue with my bike is not solve since last 2 week.

Mr. Vijay advise me to leave bike with them and come after a week to solve the issue with the engine Nosie.

Since 3ed November 2016 my bike is with service centre and issue with engine noise is not solve till present date (25th November 2016).

I also sent mail to Honda customer care mail id @ customercare@honda2wheelersindia.com and also call customer care toll free number. There is only reference number is given to me (ref no. 1-11780641642). I mailed Honda 10 times for the issues and also called customer care toll free number and registered my complaints regard my issue.

Honda has not given any single response to me via call and emails till date.

I spend my hard earning 2 lakhs rupees to own CBR 250r but within a one year bike started giving noise issue and Honda is not ready to solve the issue.

Honda Motor cycle India private limited and its service station VENETIAN HONDA KANDIVALI WORK SHOP (MUMBAI) both are guilty in this case. None of the above is ready to solve the issue with my bike (CBR 250r).

In view of the aforesaid, I requesting consumer court to take again Honda Motor cycle India private limited and its service station VENETIAN HONDA KANDIVALI WORK SHOP (MUMBAI).

I want Honda to give me a new engine or a new bike (CBR 250r) because both are not ready to solving my issue since 23 days.

I am looking forward for your response regarding to this matter and ask Honda Motor cycle India private limited to compensate my issue.
