I HAVE PURCHASE A BAJAJ AVENGER STREET 220 CC BIKE BEARING REGISTRATION NO. DL-5SAQ-9617, CHASSIS NO. MD2A22EZ8FCJ80198, VIDE INVOICE NO. VS1102742015003555 DATED 01-01-2016. THE SAID BIKE HAVE LOTS OF PROBLEM LIKE DOWN PICKUP, BATTERY DOWN , GEAR SHAFT PROBLEM AND LOUD NOISE IN ENGINE I HAVE CHECK THE BIKE IN AUTHORIZED SERVICE STATION (RAJIV AUTOMOBILE, DURGA PURI CHOWK, DELHI)FOR TWO TIMES BUT THEY DID NOT GIVE SATISFACTORY SOLUTION AFTER THAT I HAVE COMPLAINTS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPLAINT NOS. ARE CR-176945, CR-177524,AFTER THEY CHANGED THE CLUTCH PLATES AND SAID THE BIKE ENGINE IS FAULTED DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECT SO THE CLUTCH PLATE WOULD BE DAMAGED AFTER RUNNING ABOUT 200 TO 300 KILOMETERS AND THE GEAR SHAFTS IS ALSO DAMAGED. THE BIKE WAS STARTED CREATING PROBLEMS FROM FIRST DAY I HAVE COMPLAINTS TO EMAILS AND CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY ARE NOT TAKEN ANY SUITABLE ACTION SO PLZ I REQUESTED THAT PLZ CHANGED MY BIKE OR REFUND THE PURCHASE AMOUNT OF THE SAID BIKE I HAVE SUFFERED THE HUGE LOSSES IN MY BUSINESS AND MENTAL AGONY THANK YOU
