Cycle condition and materials components very poor quality and servicing dealers not meet to custome

Respected sir/madam .l was brought Avon cycle from Avon cycle factory Ludhiana Rs14,500 Rupess purchasing in online avon.com due to corona effect delivered dt 04/11/20. Now geared cycle purchased gear not work and fitted cycle assembly are very very poor condition . Nearest dealers are not conduct with customer or conduct with factory Avon cycle owner. My cycle wasted next replace cycle not give owner or not give refund my amount to bank . please give any information sir
