Wrong SIze received, but no option of change or alteration on portal

I have got my Trouser stitched from Raymond Custom Tailoring. When i received the order, it was not of my size. there was no option of Alteration on their portal. After repeated call to their Customer Care and also to their stylist, nobody came up with the solution. every time they said that we have escalated your complaint to concerned department but no body turned up. Please help
