ITEM RECEIVED AGAINST A CASH PAYMENT OF Rs.999/- AS COD ON 26-10-2016 & REPORTED THE DEFICIENCIES. AS PER COMPANY'S INSTRUCTIONS ON PHONE, WE HANDED-OVER IT FOR REPLACEMENT TO DELHIVERY ENABLING E-COMMERCE COURIER AGAINST THEIR PICKUP RECEIPT NO. 397711954455 / DFS – BEST DEAL TV (1357279) ON 01-11-2016.
NOW IT IS ALREADY 30/01/2017, THREE & HALF MONTH PAST. WE HAVE TRIED TO TRACE THE COMPANY BY VISITING DELHIVERY COURIER OFFICE. MR. RAJENDRA SHARMA IN COURIER OFFICE TOLD HE WILL DO THE NEEDFUL TO GET US OUR REPLACEMENT OR MONEY BACK. THEN WE HAVE MADE MANY PHONE CALLS ON BESTDEAL'S MOBILE NO- 09029669999, BUT THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO OUR CALLS. THE NUMBER IS NOT A TOLL-FREE NUMBER AND THEREFORE WE ARE FRUSTRATED OF SPENDING ON PHONE-CALLS WITHOUT GETTING ANY RESULT FROM THEM.
WE HAVE MADE MANY PHONE-CALLS AND WRITTEN MANY COMPLAINTS & MAILS bearing- 1459623 & 1452217 WHICH ARE ACKNOWLEDGED ELECTRONICALLY BUT THE COMPANY NEVER BOTHERED TO REPLY TO ANY OF THEM
