I have purchased a Philips 11000mah power bank from flipkart.That item was delivered me on my home address on 16.10.2019.After receiving that item I found the device is not working properly.Then I made a return request on 17.10.2019.As per the return terms and conditions the return should be completed on 22.10.2019 and my refund amount should be credited in my account on 23.10.2019.
But till now the item is not picked up by the concerned group.Ihave several times requested over telephone as well as written also.
Please consider the matter and help me proper resolution.
