I ordered air o space luxury bed [https://www.hbnindia.com/product/air-o-space-luxury-bed-multi-functional-space-saving-bed/](Order #5372 was placed on 06/09/2017 and is shipped via Gati-KWE
Tracking number is 500892668).
As they telebrands/hbnindia is a reputed company i bought it by seeing the photos only. https://www.hbnindia.com.
I received the item on 14/09/2017. On receiving the item I inflated it and found out its not the same size shown on photos. they hadnt mentioned the size of the bed, so i had to rely on the photos only.
When I complained about it (both by mail and phone) repeatedly with reasonable photo proofs I was bluntly told that its the product which they deliver.
when i threatened them that i would complain this cheating to national consumer forum thats when they told me via telephonic conversation on 23/09/2017, 3:50pm,that the bed will be replaced by the original bed shown as per advertisement.
As i lost complete faith on the company ,i mailed them on 25/09/2017 to give me an approximate deadline for when i would recieve the product ,but each and every time they reply that the mail would be sent that day positively but still no mail from their end have been sent.Even after repeated calling and requesting to give a reply through mail, no mail was sent to me.
It has been more than 15days I mailed them but still they haven't provided me with the necessary information.So i called them on 14/10/2017 again asking for a date they still delayed it by saying its under process and would more take time.
But still no mail has been sent from their end which makes me believe that the company is cheating public by giving wrong product and has no commitment for customer support.
therefore i want to complain against TELEBRANDS INDIA/HBNINDIA for this fraud and harrasment they have done to me.
