I booked and Air Purifier on 10/11/2016. the company promised to deliver it in 4 to 6 days. When I didn't get the product within the specified time, I wrote a number of mails which were unaanswered by the company. After 1 month when I clll the customer helpline, I was told that since the product was not available,I'll get the refund latest by 10/01/2017. When I didn't received the payment, I called them again. this time they told me that they've forwarded my complaint to refund department and they would call me within a week. When I didn't received any response, I wrote on the facebook page of the company. This time also I received only the assurance and nothing more. I've written almost 10 mails and several facebook messages to the company but have received no response. I feel cheated by the company. the first mail confirming my order is pasted below:
