Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have ordered an bluetooth speaker online through online MIVI portal on COD payment option and the same was dispatched via BLUEDART and the same was attempted for delivery on 25th July and I have paid the amount Rs 1088/- through PHONEPE APP as requested by the delivery boy which shown successful in my app but the same was not displayed in the delivery boy's app. So, he asked me to wait for sometime and told me that if he receives the money he will deliver the parcel but till date he didn't came for delivery and moreover he is not replying to my calls.

I am attaching the payment status and phonepe screenshot for your reference. Please deliver my parcel asap.
