Taken Rs.30100 on account of providing me winning money from Flipkart of Rs. 1280000

I have received a message from Flipkart regarding winning of Rs. 1280000/- against submission of registration fees of Rs. 8600/-. Once I have submitted the same, they again asked for 2 percent service charge of Rs. 1280000/-, which amounts to Rs. 25600/-.
But, from flipkart Mr. Ranjit Ji told that company will pay Rs. 8600/- on behalf of myself and rest Rs. 17000/- to be paid be me, which I have done.
Thereafter, I have been informed from them to pay GST amount of 8 percent, which they have reduced to 4 percent, against total sum of Rs. 12,80000/-
I denied to pay the same and asked for refund but, they asked to deposit Rs.3500 for refunding the same.
I have paid Rs.3500/- but they again charging for another Rs.1500 to complete the refund. I have denied to pay the same and refund is not completed yet.
