Seagate 1 TB Hardisk Crashed within 1 month of purchase

2.) I purchase a Seagate 1TB external harddisk on 13th April , 2015
Product : Seagate 1TB Harddisk
Product Number : 1D6AP6-500
Serial Number : NA4CZAER

3.) It has warranty till 2018 June.

4.) The problem is the Hard Disk Got crashed within 1 month.

5.) The issue is that it contained all my and family pictures/memories from 2001 till 2015 . The data was around 10 GB of pictures and memories. I am feeling clueless about the wonderful trips we have had in past as all those memories are lost ! I have also tried getting data recovered at 3 different data recovery centres but no one as able to do so. They all guided me to STELLAR for data recovery but stellar will cost >60000 Rrs for recovery.

So i want SEAGATE to provide me the money for this data recovery + Money that i have lost due to trying to get data recovered on this low quality product + A new hard disk replacing this faulty product.
