Sir,

I had purchased a Samsung split air conditioner of capacity 1.5 ton From Jodhpur ( Samsung authorized seller Audio gallery , jalori gate-jodhpur ) . This was the most pathetic experience with Samsung india out of all the appliances I have purchased till date .
This AC which I have purchased in the year 2010 was delivered to me as a defective product . I have faced many issues with this AC & Other things as specified in points .
1) This AC has compressor issues 4 times till date . ( This was not due to any power failure or power issue ).
2) Have made a complaint for the 4th time for compressor replacement on 16 july 2015 & finally the AC was repaired on 18th august ( Hats off the pathetic service of Samsung india )
3) On 18th august after the engineer visit was made and ac was repaired it again stopped working & made several calls to the engineer & the person who is responsible for handling complaints . No. of times my call was not answered and no. of times fake promises .
4) On contacting customer care & asking them the reason for compressor failure all the time & that too only in Samsung AC. Simple answer sir , we ll get a senior engineer visit & which never happened.

My question is ?

1) Why I am being given defective products & why not company replaces my product with a new ac ( atleast which is not defective ).
2) Why only Samsung ac is being affected why not other home appliances & air conditioner of ( LG & ELECTROLUX ) ?
3) This was the worst experience with a reputed & renowned brand . ( Have seen several complaints which are same as of mine )
4) How can an AC which was repaired on 18th august & again stopped working on the same day after spending a lot ( 10500 /- ) for a new compressor
5) You technicians threaten us for getting AC GAS filled by them otherwise they wont provide the warranty of the product . ( This is how Samsung & there service center fool us ) . Is is compulsory to get gas filled by you if I buy a compressor from you ? wont I get warranty ?
Don’t fool us Samsung india .

If not through Samsung we will get our comaplint resolved through these channels . We don’t want to get it repaired now the only solution left is replacement .
