Dear sir ,

I have a complaint against APC UPS Model ups apc BI500SINE-IN, serial number 25E94B1001570 which I had purchased on 9th july 2014 .I had problem with ups on 25th april 2016 and I called the toll free number and register a complaint and they told me they will be sending the technician with in 3 days buy they never sent and called back I kept on trying to call and request Apc team to sent a technician but they always say sorry , I have called more than 6 times the answer could be same .Hence I request to take back there ups and compensate of 100000/- one lakh .
