Refund not given for return by Amazon

I bought a phone Sony Xperia Z5 from Amazon but then because of some financial reasons, I asked them to take the product back. I din't use the product. Amazon asked for the pics of the product and approved the return request. I returned the product on 17th January but I wasn't getting the refund. So, Amazon filed a A-Z guarantee under which they refund the money within 1-2 weeks. But they didn't refund even after two weeks. I used to call them on everyday basis and they used to tell that I will definitely get the refund. I was patiently waiting for the refund but they were taking more and more time. Finally on 6th March, I called them and asked to resolve the issue as soon as possible as the product money whhich I bought was converted into EMIs. The first EMI was to be paid by 11th Feb which I failed to pay. The secong EMI payment date is on 11Feb and still I haven't received the refund.

And now they're saying that they can't provide the refund stating that the product was used. I haven't used the product and secondly, they only accepted the return request so why they are not refunding. thirdly, why did they take almost two months where according to their policy should have been resolved within 2 weeks. And lastly, why they were giving fake assurances that I will 100% get the money back.

Please look into this. I've been suffering for the past two months.
