Received completely defective item from ShopClues online shopping site

Sir iam Saraswati a house wife booked a data cable from ShopClues online shoping store on 22/03/2020 having order I'd 183196416 and received it on 30/05/2020 which was completely destroyed does not work atall so I requested for return on the same day having return I'd 7978924 but they are not arranging the reverse pickup yet please help me what to do now.How to get my money back please help.
