Dear sir,

This is DHILIP KUMAR.K from erode. I have ordered a product (shoes) on 10th March. Order Number: 34056929.
The order was displaced on 13th March and the delivery date was 19th March. But still now I didn't received my product.
Amount was paid through online net banking.

May I know the reason, why the order was delayed. I have already registered my complaint, but no response. Am waiting for around 1 MONTH for a product.

Without any prior information the product was delayed. So give the proper explanation for delayed in service.
