Paytm Merchant — Not getting money,besides selling good

I have my own shop, l have sold an electronics goods to costumer, and costumer paid me by paytm, and showed me that amount is deducted SMS, but I won't get the amount yet.This tranjection was don on 6th of this month. What I have to do now? The amount is Rs.954/-I have loss of Rs 954+goods.please help me as early as possible.I am hopping you will be helpful in my case.
