Payment taken for jewellery order but not delivered yet

Online Fraud Complaint Complaint Date: May 24, 2021
I had ordered artificial jewellery worth Rs 1500 from Instagram Seller Tactile_Accessories on 18th April 2021 but he has still not arranged delivery and nor he has provided tracking details. He is not responding to chat and calls.
