I have ordered some beauty products from an Instagram store named WHOLESALECOSMETICS1 on 10 January 2021. I have paid Rs 1987 through Paytm on mobile number 9540625274. She said that my order will be delivered in 7-8 days, but I am still waiting for my order and she is not replying to any of my messages. She has done fraud to many customers, and I got to know this I searched about her now. This seller take money and and then does not reply to any message or call. And she then block the customer after few days. I want my order or my refund. I am attaching screen shots of my chat and my payment through paytm. Please help me.
