Fraud Seller on Instagram

Online Fraud Complaint Complaint Date: April 3, 2021
I have paid RS 8000 to world_hub._ advance for mobile through Google pay to 7064397228 on 14th March 2021. However, seller do not reply now. Seller posts different sale posts everyday on instagram but never does reply. I tried to even say that i will complaint to cyber cell but no reply received
