Actually i have ordered a sarees from WhatsApp group called Ruchi fashion zone owned by kajal agarwal and kalawati agarwal . They have sent me the product which is not viable to me and now when i asked them to take a return .either replace it or refund it . They are jot listing to me they have blocked my conatct no . And even removed me from the WhatsApp group . No one listing for me. Please see to this m i urge to take strict action against this online fraud system taking place throgh mobile WhatsApp.
