I got a call from a army officer who wanted to buy my stuff ,which i posted on olx.
He said that there is some rule that army cannot directly pay because of there safety concern and army norms. So he sent a voucher type of thing and asked me to pay 2 rupees, then he said he will revert 4 rupees and he was doing all that because it was army norms. He Also sent 4 rupees back to gain my trust. Hence i paid him Another time by trusting him but this time now i didn't got my money. And now he's is saying that he will file complain because his money also went somewhere. He Also didn't recieved.
I saw many complain regarding this man in google. He did many scam. Now i need to know that how can i get my money and this guy.

I also become victim today, lost Rs. 22150 as documentation charges for used car ad posted in carwala.com. again he asked me to transfer Rs. 21500 for insurance. Then I denied to bring car first after that I will do full payment. Then I google searched and I came to know these guys are cheaters and looting money thro this route. I'm from Bengaluru KA reg swift 2016 for sale posted for 2.3 L. First a person named VAZEER then military transport person HAVILDAR MANJEET.
