Fraud in delivery by online shopping and not responding to customer complaint

I'm a customer from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. I had seen the ad of an online shopping site called "Nizow fashion" in Instagram and had ordered a jeans (Rs. 899) from there. I received the parcel and was totally disappointed with the service as I received a saree instead of the jeans. So I thought there must have been some exchange in the delivery. I even sent an email complaining about the same to them. But now when I came searching for the reviews of the site in google, I come to know that the site is already a fraud one and they don't respond to people's complaint and send the same product to everyone ordering from their damn site.

I'm writing this here so that my complaint can be noticed and I get my refund safely and immediately.
I have attached the product details which I had ordered and as well as what I received.
