I and many more people have been cheated on one of the online shopping site. Following are my details:

There was an ad in the newspaper Navgujarat on 10th Sep,2017 about the website "www.hypermarketkart.com" wherein there was offer of 50% flat discount on groceries using promo code bogo50. I had placed my order on 10th Sep,2017 using this promo code and the order amount after discount was Rs.5252. My order number is "100002314". I got SMS notification as well after that. On 13th Sep, 2017 I got another SMS notification like your order will be delivered by 16th Sep, 2017. But till time nothing was happened. I searched on internet and found that there are many complaints registered for the same. The customer care number(011-32032092) mentioned on site is also not working. I tried email(support@hypermarketkart.com) as well but no reply.


This is a fraud website and still it is available so it will fool more people. Another concern is like the newspaper is publishing a full page add for this kind of sites without any verification which also strange.

Please do the needful for my refund and take some necessary actions on the site.
