Fraud in Delivery of Goods Ordered Online, No Intentions of Refund

On 01-Apr-2017, I noticed Zoniic's ad on Facebook and placed an on-line order on their website www.zoniic.com after registering myself with name, contact details and my address.

I placed an order (their #117297000353718) for Product "Buy Samsung Power Bank 25000mAh LED Light With 64GB Memory Card In Just Rs 799" with Product Model Number "POWERBANK01" for Cash on Delivery terms.

I received and opened the bundled products today (10-Apr-2017), and am very unhappy with the contents.
1) The Power Bank isn't of Samsung make, it is an imitation product. The Samsung logo printed is also a poor screen-printing that is never Samsung's standard. Also, the mAH Rating printed on the body of the product is blotted out with black marker and a new screenprinting is made with 25000mAH.
2) The Samsung EVO memory card of 64GB also shows 67GB in one phone and 62GB when accessed from a PC, but I could not even save a single file on it.

Both the products are worthless and I am extremely unhappy. I have always bought good branded electronics and feel deceived by the fake stuff delivered.

When I filled up their Return Form, it gave me an online intimation that a confirmation email has been sent to my registered email ID.

Sure enough, I received their email with the following text:

"Dear Suntosh,

We have received your request to return the product below. We will verify if your return is eligible as per our Shipping & Returns policy

Neither the "Care" email id is of their zoniic.com domain nor is the telephone number provided a valid one.

To make it worse for me, the "shipping and returns" policy lands me to a missing page on www.makemycombo.com, that returns the error: "Error (404)
Page you are requesting does not exist."

All of their responses or information has been put up with malafide and fraudulent intentions. Please help me get my refund.
