Paytm has not refunded money, transferred Rs. 8500/- from Paytm wallet

Hi,

PayTm Account No : 9408742549

I have transferred Rs. 8500/- from Paytm wallet to my bank account using “Return to Bank” option on 02 January, 2017 but till today that amount is not credited to my bank account.

Following are my Paytm ticket numbers but no one from Paytm take it seriously.
17749072, 19308637, 19331336, 19199925, 19392350, 19190973, 19510011, 19444591, 19308637, 19512767, 19740914, 19740535, 18664764, 20001149, 20094169, 20152407, few more

I received same reply for all the tickets from representatives. I don’t know it is a fault of Paytm system or representative’s education. Even they are not proving any ticket/confirmation number that they are working on issue.

I have also contacted bank customer care/Branch but they are not providing any information as they have their own rules and regulations.
