I purchased Voltas Ton 1.5 Split AC 21/05/2016 from Address:Sales India, 5, Sri Balaji Mall, Visat-Gandhinagar Road, Chandkheda, Motera, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380005. Customer No. SIC0000089993 & Invoice No. SI-CHA-16-17-001380.After purchased of AC they 1st of all delivered very late 25/05/2016 & AC installation technician also came after 2 days on 28/05/2016.
Technician only fitted 5 ft long copper pipes and rest of pipes he had taken without my permission. When I asked about both copper pipes he told me that this is Sales India instructed him rest of pipes can collect without any permission. After installation he didn't check properly AC is working or not. I told him many times to check but he was in so hurry that he didn't check.
When I switched on AC is working or not. After half n hour water comes out indoor units. immediately I switched off AC and contact to technician & he told me that in packed box "Bush Part" was missing and he disconnected my call and now he didn't receiving my call any more.
Icomplaind many times to Sales India through call & mail but yet to be resolved my problems. Also contacted to Voltas India.
Please help me to Install AC properly and working.
This very disappointing that such a bad product & service providing by Sales India after promising by Sales India. And also He gave to me Bad product. If this kind of treating to customer by Sales India .

    Hi,

    I have been facing a big problem from Voltas Service center. My AC was taken to the service center for repair and was to return in 2 days. It's been 2 weeks , I haven't heard anything from the service center.

    I want my AC back. This is really irresponsible from Voltas. I have tried to register a complaint through the customer care but they have been giving lame excuses and they keep putting me on hold.

    i am afraid i will have to use the social media to get this issue sorted.
