Online Fraud Complaint Complaint Date: January 4, 2016

i have bought yuphoria mobile that is defective i replace it ,the new phone i got has again same defects the company is sussesting me for replacing again     but not refunding please suggest me what can i do  for refund    my mobile becuse they again and again replacing phone but the phones have same problem.what i can do now that dealer refund me.
