incompetent technician from usha fans

fan was not working,technician came but 1st day he didnt bring the right part(the coil), 2nd day he came but couldn't fit the part which he had brought so he took the fan to his office.after that there was no call from him about what happened to the part. we had to call him multiple times and he kept delaying. atlast we told him to bring back the fan he took. but still he kept stalling.till now we havent got the fan back.what should we do now ?
