I placed an order of four books with prepayment of 1272 rupees in bookstok.com on 22 Aug 2021, till now i didn't receive any confirmation for my order but in the website against my order shown it will be delivered in 3 -4 working day for few books, other some books 5-6 working days (i.e) even i didn't receive order shipping and tracking ID's, regarding this i contacted through the website contact number but no response also i filed a complaint on the website itself no response for that, So hereby I'm bringing this to your notice. Please kindly do the needful.
