I have ordered 41 sarees worth of Rs.9272 in Roshani silk mills,
H-1044, Surat Textile Market, Ring Road Ground floor, surat textile market, Ring Road, Surat textile market, Surat - 395002, Gujarat.
GST NO 24APMPA8912J2ZT selected through whatsapp pictures. Not a single saree were as per order and received only cheap and worthless sarees. Regarding wrong items received, i have texted many whatsapp messages to Roshani silk mills but no response. when called through phone, person incharge said that all were good sarees and no stock availablity of the order and send available in the stock as he wishes. He never informed about it before. He sends wholelot of saree pictures in whatsapp which are not ready or unavailable and gets customers money. In this covid time, he never bothers about customers order and sends cheap products. continuous text messages made him say to return back the parcel then he will refund of money which were all wrong. i cannot trust him and return the products and get lost of my money. When i said, i will complaint this issue in consumer forum and he never botheres and he is ready to face it. I want refund of Rs. 9272 with parcel charge of about Rs. 490. I would return the sarees once the amount is refunded.
