Online Fraud Complaint Complaint Date: August 13, 2021
I have ordered 41 sarees worth Rs.9272 from Roshani silk mills Surat, selected through whatsapp pictures. Not a single saree were per order and received cheap and worthless sarees. Regarding wrong items i have send many whatsapp text messages to owner but nill response. when called through phone call he said that all were good sarees and asked to return back the parcel for refund of money and how to trust his words as he not given a single saree as per order not trustworthy. He never bothers about fraud complaint online and he is ready to face it. I want refund of Rs. 9272 with parcel charge of about Rs. 490. I would return the sarees once the amount is refunded.
