Flipkart Product not delivered and money not being refunded

I ordered a fridge from flipkart on 22 October 2016. Since o was going home for deewali and the order was being placed during that time I immediately cancelled the order. Now the refund is not happening because their status says delivered. When I immediately cancelled the product , how could it be delivered.. if delivered to whom? I haven't received any.
