Didn't courier the product and refunding money

Myself Tanya Garg from Agra. Recently, I placed a jewellery order from Jewellery Jumble, Ahmedabad. I have prepaid the order from my paytm account.

Today, I text the person about the update. So, that person replied that neither she'll courier the order nor she'll return my money. Now, neither she is picking the call nor replying to my messages.
Kindly look at the issue and solve this issue as soon as possible.
I have mentioned all the details about that firm and have also attached the required attachments.
