Sold product with manufacturing defect

I purchased a voltas 1.5 ton AC in September 2017.Just after few days of installation it stopped working due to gas leakage. Since then the gas leakage issue is persisting. Several services have been done but all in vain. The technicians are unable to find the exact cause of leakage instead are making the machine worse. The customer support is of absolutely no help. They just have a standard reply"sorry for the inconvenience ".We have suffered both financial mental peace loss in this process. The company is not willing to take any responsibility once it's product is sold.
