Consumer complaint regrading Jbl and sony headphones

I bought two headphones this wednesday it is delivered one is jbl and another one is sony.JBL is damaged and one side speaker is not working and sony headphone i ordered in black colour which i actually got is red in color.I am not satisified with these products please refund the amount of RS.1058.
Fix this issue ASAP.I tried many times to call to customer care but it is unsuccessfull all the times.
